- This event is only applicable to purchases of specific BenQ products from BenQ-authorized channels within the event period. Special purchases, tender purchases, distributors, purchases of display or floor models, and invoices with tax ID numbers are ineligible for the event.
- If the price of the product as listed on the receipt is lower than the price listed in the event, then it is ineligible for the free gift event. (Please refer to event announcements for the event price.) If the purchase is made on an online platform, and the price is discounted using platform bonus points, please provide a receipt that proves so.
- If the original price before using the bonus points is the same as the event listed price, then this purchase is also eligible for the event. Receipt of the purchase must show that the purchase is made between 0:00 on the first day of the event and 11:59 on the last day of the event. The receipt must show the name of the event-specific product, or the price must be equal to the price of the event-specific product. If the information is found to be incorrect during the review process, then the receipt will lose its eligibility.
- If the purchase is made on an online platform, then time limit for the receipt can be extended to 7 days after the end of the event.
- Pictures of the gift, in terms of its color and appearance, are for reference only. You may not ask for a specific color, ask for a different gift, or exchange the gift for cash. Once a gift is selected on the BenQ website or in the reply letter, no further changes can be made.
- If the gift malfunctions or breaks within the warranty period, please contact the manufacturer of the gift.
- By taking part in this event, you accept and agree to the terms of this event. If there are any violations, BenQ has the right to nullify your eligibility and ask for compensation should there be any incurred losses.
- Please make your purchase at BenQ-authorized distribution channels in order to ensure your eligibility for the gift. Please refer to BenQ official website for the list and information of certified distributors.
- Gift delivery is only available in Europe. Supply of the gift is limited and available only while stocks last.
- In case of product returns or exchanges, BenQ reserves the right to reclaim the gift. If any force majeure causes the gift to be out of stock or somehow cannot be delivered, BenQ may provide alternative gift options.
- BenQ is not accountable or liable for any delivery costs or expenses consumers may face in the process of taking part in the event. If the gift is lost, stolen or taken from the recipient after it is received, BenQ is not liable and has no obligation to send out another gift. If you have not received your gift one week after the end of the event, please call and inquire before the 15th of the subsequent month. Otherwise, it would be deemed a waiver of your right to claim the gift. By taking part in this event, you accept and agree to the terms of this event. If there are any violations, BenQ has the right to nullify your eligibility and ask for compensation should there be any incurred losses. BenQ reserves the right to review, change, modify, terminate or pause the event. If there are any uncovered matters, please refer to relevant policies or explanations of the event team, which may make announcements at any time. Supply of the gift is limited and available only while stocks last. BenQ will announce on its official website when a gift is out of stock and provide alternative options. BenQ reserves the right to make changes to the event and gifts. No further notice will be given if your application does not pass the review.
